Location: Aberdeen

This is a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of rural legal practice with a firm that has a significant and respected footprint in the Scottish legal landscape.The RoleYou will become a key player in a high-performing team that services a broad client base including estates, rural businesses, community bodies, funders, developers, and public sector organisations across Scotland. You will advise on a wide range of matters such as:Sales and purchases of estates, farms, forestry and rural landRural development (e.g., renewables, telecoms, quarrying)Natural Capital and biodiversity marketsAgricultural tenancies and land reformTitle queries, lettings, and access disputesSporting interests including salmon fishing and grouse moorsVoluntary registration and estate management projectsThe Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE who is passionate about the rural sector and looking to grow their expertise in a collaborative, supportive environment.
