Are you a HSE Manager looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead and continuously improve health and safety strategies and programs in our company, located in Severn Beach, Bristol.As our Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a culture of safety and well-being across all aspects of our business. You will be a key player in driving behavioral safety culture, ensuring all stakeholders, internal and external, are committed to safety and well-being.You will contribute to strategic planning to ensure we are in compliance with health and safety regulations, while effectively and efficiently managing health and safety policies, procedures, and systems. You will be responsible for integrating occupational safety and health practices into everything we do in a practical, understandable, and measurable way.Working closely with our supervisors and managers, you will gain a better understanding of the needs of each team, allowing you to enhance working conditions through safety practices that improve and enhance working conditions.Key Responsibilities:
