• Be the first point of contact for existing clients, handling enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
• Maintain and grow relationships by identifying sales opportunities and promoting the full range of services
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
• Prepare detailed sales quotes and ensure consistent follow-up
• Keep all customer records and sales data accurate and up to date
• Provide support to the wider sales function and contribute to team goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a sales-focused role, such as Account Management or Sales Administration
• A strong understanding of the sales process, with a customer-first approach
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated by targets and driven to exceed expectations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general CRM/sales tools
