Your role

We are looking for a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential ad hoc administrative support to our department, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to various projects. Your key responsibilities will include handling a range of administrative tasks, such as managing and organising documents, creating and formatting presentations and decks, sorting and categorising samples, and providing general support to the department as required.

About you

The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, with excellent organisational and multitasking skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and adapt quickly to changing needs. Proficiency in common office software, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and strong communication skills are essential.
