Job Title: Sales AdministratorType: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, office based with flexible working hoursLocation: KetteringSalary: £25kDue to growth our client is looking to onboard Sales Administrator to join their busy Testing Team in Kettering. The teams focus is to assess and certify items of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to European and UK market requirements.About the roleAs a member of the Testing Team, you will be working alongside a fantastic team of colleagues who operate from our offices in the UK, Ireland and China. Initially this role will involve the support of a specialised team responsible for the surveillance testing, production audit and on-going certification of PPE products. This is a newly created position following a period of rapid growth and so there exists the opportunity to help shape the future of our administrative processes and the customer experience.Key responsibilities include:Respond accurately and professionally to customer enquiries within agreed timeframes.Coordinate customer projects, maintaining visibility of inbound, ongoing and outbound work.Provision of routine project progress updates to both customers and the operations manager.Fulfilment of general administrative duties associated with the creation and booking-in of customer projects and product samples.Work to acquire a technical understanding of customers products and companies range of PPE services.Develop good working relationships with both colleagues and customers.Maintain contact with the customer base via telephone, email, on-site meetings and video call.Maintain accurate data on the company CRM system.Contribute to other sales and marketing activities, as required.The CandidateA confident self-starter.Highly organised and self-motivated.Inquisitive and a natural problem solver.Ability to prioritise work and multitask across several initiatives.Strong interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with both customers and colleagues at all levels.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, including MS Word and Excel.What in it for you, a Company Flexible Retirement Pension Plan; 25 days Annual Leave; Life Assurance; Income protection; flexible working, subsidised dining facilities and free car parking.Please contact me today for immediate consideration angela,bailey@interactionrecruitment.co.uk or call me on 07531 651351.INDKTT
