Location: Oldbury – Resident

Salary: £22,322.16

Shift Times: Mon-Fri between 08.00 – 18.00, hours are subject to change within 28 days

Interviews will start week commencing 7th October with a planned start date of 6th November

What You’ll Do:

  • Taking inbound calls from Small Businesses and Manufacturers
  • Making outbound calls to obtain sales through various leads and sources
  • Qualifying the caller’s requirements and deciding on the most appropriate course of action
  • Dealing with customers’ administrative needs wherever possible first time using the BCAS system
  • Identifying and passing of complex calls to specific administrative departments or individuals
  • Dealing with inbound sales enquiries from prospective members and making outbound prospect and follow up calls
  • Taking ownership of all necessary actions required including payment process

We want someone who can get off to a flying start so we’re looking for candidates with sales or contact centre experience. On top of this we’re looking for someone who can:
