Ideal candidate:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to the Sales and Marketing department. The ideal candidate should be able to juggle multiple tasks effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The following qualifications and experience are preferred:

  • Proven experience in administrative support, including word-processing, typing, filing, e-mailing, data-entry, faxing, copying, and corresponding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Capability to take notes and/or dictation and assist with special projects.
  • Experience with travel arrangements and scheduling is a plus.

What will I be doing?

As an Administrative Assistant supporting the Sales and Marketing department, you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This includes:

  • Assisting the Director and Managers of Sales and Marketing with various office duties such as typing, filing, data-entry, e-mailing, and corresponding via phone or email.
  • Taking notes and/or dictation for meetings and other departmental needs.
  • Managing travel arrangements and assisting with special projects.
  • Answering telephones, processing mail, and maintaining organization within the department.
  • Supporting the team with any additional clerical tasks as needed. #LI-AT3
