This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment and is looking to grow their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.What You’ll Be Doing:Supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager with leads, client accounts, and day-to-day sales activityPreparing quotes, proposals, and tender submissionsHandling customer enquiries professionally and promptlyUpdating the CRM system with key sales data and customer interactionsCoordinating marketing activities such as email campaigns and social mediaAssisting in planning trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetingsConducting market research to help identify new opportunitiesWorking closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and follow-up supportProducing sales reports to support management decisionsWhat We’re Looking For:Experience in a sales support or admin role, ideally within a technical or B2B environmentExcellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skillsConfident with Microsoft Office and CRM systemsMarketing know-how is a plusEngineering knowledge or technical awareness is desirableExperience or interest in aviation, ATC, or aerospace is highly advantageous
