We’re embarking on the next phase of our growth, and we want you to join us!The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Sales Associate to help us at our busy retail location. We are in search of team members with strong customer-service skills that can ensure our customers have the best possible in-store experience. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, has strong interpersonal skills, and has past experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.Responsibilities– Determining customer needs and recommending products for purchase
– Working together with the retail team to meet and exceed store objectives
– Assisting with merchandising and maintaining visual standards
– Ensuring customers are being provided with the best possible shopping experience
– Adhering to company safety policy and safety compliance regulations
– Working POS systems to help serve customers
– Process customer transactions and ensure a positive customer experience
– Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor/managerQualifications– Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service
– Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
– Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
– Team player with respect for co-workers and customers
– Excellent verbal communication and effective listening skills
– Knowledge of the powersports industry is an assetAdditional Information– This position reports to the Assistant Store Managers and Store Manager
– This position requires team members to work varying hours, seasonal overtime, and shifts during days, evenings, and weekends
– This position requires team members to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) throughout the store
