Salary: $20/hr. – $23/hr.

A leading HVAC parts distribution company is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate to join their team. This hybrid role is split between front counter sales and warehouse operations (50/50). The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, knowledge of HVAC parts and equipment, and experience operating a forklift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries, orders, and pickups.
• Provide knowledgeable support on HVAC parts, tools, and supplies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Receive, organize, and stock inventory in the warehouse.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload and move materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to submit to drug and background screening
• Previous counter sales or customer service experience (HVAC or related industry preferred).
• Forklift certification or experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
