We are currently looking for a Sales Director to join our team in Chicago, IL. This position will cover Illinois, Western Michigan, Northern Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Missouri and Iowa.
As a Sales Director, you will be a:
Strategic leader responsible for contributing to the growth and profitability of the company through development and execution of business plan to achieve area business development goals and objectives. Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate, A&D firms, project management firms and channel partners to drive new business development. Provide leadership, support and direction to direct report team and maintains united focus and effort on capturing market share. Meets assigned sales targets including quota.

For those in eligible roles, sales incentive bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions. This role offers a salary range of 139k to 271k, depending on candidate experience, education, and skill set.
