Keylite are an agile component within group, scaling rapidly throughout markets in Europe, Australia and New Zealand – as well as their main markets in the UK and Ireland.They’re now looking for enthusiastic graduates to enrol on their Sales Graduate Scheme, with locations across the country – London, the South West/Bristol, the North East/Newcastle and the North West/Manchester. You’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship and a thorough 3 month induction, located in Burton-On-Trent with accommodation fully paid for, to set you up for success!Sales Graduate Scheme Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating leads and identifying potential customers through various channels
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Support the sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events
• Providing support when required to the sales team and wider stakeholders in the business
• Attend Demonstration days, Trade/Construction Events when requested by the Area Sales Manager and or Management

Sales Graduate Scheme Package:

• Competitive basic salary of £28-30k, depending on region

Sales Graduate Scheme Requirements:

• Ideally educated to degree level
• A full, UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence and problem solving skills
• As comfortable working in a team as you are independently
• Ambitious and resilient
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in your career
