We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to take the reins and build a strategy from scratch for an innovative company in the trade industry. If you thrive in a hands-on, get-stuff-done environment, this is your shot to make a serious impact!What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building from the Ground Up – Develop and execute a winning sales and marketing strategy.

• New Business building – Identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth.

• Owning Our Digital Presence – Manage our website, social media, and all things digital marketing.

• Creating Content – Develop marketing materials, case studies, and content that showcase their expertise.

• Closing Deals – Handle inbound inquiries and turn leads into solid sales.

• Networking – Attend trade shows, industry events, and business meet-ups to boost the brand.

• Working Directly with the Owners – Align sales and marketing efforts with business goals for maximum impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience That Counts – Sales, marketing, or business development background. (Would be great if you know construction, joinery, or heritage restoration.)

• Creative Problem-Solver – A hands-on doer who thinks outside the box and takes initiative.

• Digital Marketing Experience – Website management, social media and content creation

• Strong Communicator – You’re a natural at building professional relationships and closing deals.

• Independent & Driven – No micromanagement here. We need a self-starter who gets things done.
