The Role:

• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets and drive revenue growth
• Set and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Collaborate with operations to align sales strategies with capacity and margin goals
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and print
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales and marketing strategies
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in quotes and estimates provided by the team
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership
• Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence and digital footprint
• Support team development through coaching, training, and identifying skill gaps

The Requirements:

• Higher level qualification in sales or marketing
• 5+ years’ experience in sales and\or marketing leadership
• Preferably have a manufacturing or construction background but we welcome experience from all industries
• Strong background in estimating, quoting systems, and CRM software
• Ability to analyse data and financial reports to guide decision-making
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
