Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to be a part of making this happen.

About the Role

The Sales Operations Administrator plays a key role in executing and improving our quote to cash/order process by supporting sales staff with operational

inquiries and maintaining data integrity between our CRM, finance, and other internal systems. Collaborates with legal, finance and internal sales team to

process complex contracts.

Location

Looking for a candidate local to the greater Minneapolis/St Paul area or based in the western region (pacific timezone)

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of the deal flow through Arctic Wolf’s systems to maximize effectiveness and improve the administrative repetitive tasks for the sales representatives.
  • Respond to sales representatives and partner inquiries related to quotes, orders, and invoices and resolve issues and answers questions.
  • Verify that the data from contracts is aligned to the financial models and that the appropriate approvals are in place. Serve as data steward for accurate partner, prospect, and customer data within Salesforce.
  • Utilize experience and training to create manuals and training aids for sales stakeholders. Document and create knowledge repository for first-tier sales support.
  • Analyze existing process flows. Evolve or reinforce existing sales processes and implement new ones, focusing on scalability and driving significant growth.
  • Investigate and resolve data issues using own knowledge.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance to structure custom quotes.
  • Proactively work with sales on data hygiene to maintain clean opportunity pipeline.
  • Realign territory information and account ownership as territories adjust.
  • Assist with the submission and testing of process improvement within Salesforce.com by testing Salesforce tickets with guidance from Senior team members or a manager.
  • Assist with the execution of the operational processes for merger and acquisition projects by creating new accounts and contracts within Salesforce.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Who You Are

  • Salesforce.com experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
  • Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and positively represent the operations department
  • Prioritize tasks to meet and exceed deadlines
  • Process and quality orientation with attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or order operations role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree
