Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operation Specialist is responsible for providing sales related support to complex or high-level accounts to our Hardware and Account Management sales teams. Acts as a leader and resource for other team members.

What you will be doing:

• Responds to Salesperson needs, requirements and problems

• Place orders when requested by salesperson

• Create new prospect accounts

• Performs research to respond to customer inquiries.

• Support other ad hoc projects and assignments as needed

• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

What you will likely bring:

• Ability to work in fast-paced, team environment while meeting sales goals

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and able to effectively multi-task

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products

• Organized and detail oriented

• Salesforce.com experience preferred.

• 4+ years applicable experience

Range:

Minimum: $51,000 USD Maximum: $77,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
