Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a warm, professional showroom experience.
• Build rapport with clients to understand their style preferences, needs, and budget.
• Present furniture pieces, features, and benefits in a knowledgeable and engaging way.
• Assist customers with product selection, customization options, and design recommendations.
• Prepare and process sales orders, financing applications, and delivery arrangements accurately.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Maintain showroom appearance to reflect the store’s high-end brand.
• Stay informed on current product lines, new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with leads and past customers to build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Previous inside sales or retail sales experience, preferably in furniture, luxury goods, or interior design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
• Strong customer service focus with a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
