Job Profile:Reeds Rains Salford Branch are looking for a Sales Property Valuer to join on a full-time permanent basis to visit properties and meet with homeowners to conduct market appraisals.Industry experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided. Ideally you will be able to evidence previous sales &/or customer service experience and the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment. You will need to be enthusiastic, can converse with many clients each day and be persuasive when trying to win business.If you are currently a Valuer, a Negotiator or have no experience in the industry it will be your enthusiastic and friendly personality that we are looking for.As one of the most trusted names in the UK, Reeds Rains is proud of its reputation as a professional estate agency. • Pay in the region of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum (OTE)

In the role of a Property Valuer you will:

• Carry out market appraisals on properties including valuations
• Win business against other estate agents attending the same property
• Discuss client’s needs on the market appraisal and produce a marketing strategy for the sale
• Measure properties, take photos and produce property brochures
• Be responsible for Anti Money Laundering checks on clients
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Always display excellent customer service
