You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by telephone and email. Responsibilities include responding effectively and promptly to customer needs, recommending products, providing accurate information on product details, taking orders and ensuring that delivery times and information are accurately recorded to exceed customer expectations.

  • Work with customer service and sales teams to support customers.
  • Actively ask questions to understand customer needs.
  • Sell products to customers across Canada by quoting and confirming orders in the system.
  • Provide customers with accurate product pricing, delivery specifications and payment terms.
  • Systematically solve customer problems, contributing to their overall satisfaction.
  • Conduct sales visits to existing customers to maintain relationships and generate new business.
  • Achieve sales targets set by Regional Sales Manager.
  • Provide technical information on products by answering questions and requests.
  • Coordinate open orders with internal departments such as production, shipping, logistics and credit, and monitor shipping dates to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Ensure day-to-day project follow-up, assuming responsibility for customer contacts on behalf of the supported account representative

QualificationsWhat you need to thrive in this role:

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration or related field.
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Dynamic and growth oriented.
  • Team spirit and positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Good knowledge of technology, particularly Microsoft tools and the use of an ERP system.
  • Recognized as a candidate with significant potential to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Actively engages with the team, demonstrating commitment to their work group.
