We hope so.What you’ll doYou’ll support the New Car Sales Team in maximising orders and registrations to drive Volvo’s Direct to Consumer journey. This role is critical in delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales objectives. Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer and retailer enquiries via various channels.
• Arranging test drives and appointments.
• Providing updates on orders and assisting customers through the sales process.
• Capturing detailed consumer information in CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and retailers.
• Meeting KPIs across commercial, consumer, and operational areas.
• Proactively suggesting improvements for the customer experience.
• Collaborating with teams to ensure a seamless, omnichannel journey.

What you’ll bring

• Strong organisational skills and knowledge of sales processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• A proven ability to adapt, self-motivate, and deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Resilience, a systematic approach, and attention to detail.
• Relevant FCA qualifications (desirable).
