Sales Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate various systems used for seamless data flow and process automation.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within systems used by defining data requirements, establishing data governance practices, and performing data validation checks.
• Provide training to end-users on new systems or enhancements. Offer ongoing support by addressing user inquiries or issues related to system functionality.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new sales members by providing comprehensive training on Salesforce tailored specifically for the business unit.
• Support change management efforts related to system implementations or enhancements by communicating changes effectively, addressing user concerns, and facilitating smooth transitions.
• Develop reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the business unit such as project profitability, resource utilization, or project timelines.
• Up to 15% travel required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 or more years of related work-related experience in sales support, sales operations, or IT support
• Proficient in Salesforce
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Preferred experience using advanced analytical software and creating dashboards
• SharePoint Site Administration
