Pay Rate: $40/hr. on w2 without benefits

Job Description:

• During the course of this engagement, Contractor shall perform the following services or any others mutually agreed with.
• Administrate Salesforce inbox for joint Tech Pubs organization:
• Screen customer: reviewing account/validate organization domain, emails
• Update Salesforce case details
• Assign case to correct queue/individual
• Complete revision checks for customers if manual is not in PH Connect
• Coordinate with PH Connect team to ensure requested documents are uploaded and available for customers
• Assist customers/approved third party MRO’s with PH Connect sign ups and migrations
• Administrate Salesforce inbox for joint Technical Support organization
• Screen customer: reviewing account/validate organization domain, emails
• Update Salesforce case details
• Assign case to correct queue/individual
