Job Summary:
As our Salesforce Developer, you will build, customize, and optimize Salesforce to support our recruiters, compliance, and sales teams. You’ll drive automation and improve user experience within our Salesforce environment.
Responsibilities:

• Customize and develop on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
• Build custom objects, flows, integrations, and apps
• Maintain and upgrade existing Salesforce configurations
• Ensure platform aligns with business goals and compliance needs
• Troubleshoot bugs and implement enhancements

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning
• Salesforce Flow, REST API, and platform integration knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong collaboration with business users and IT teams

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Developer certification preferred
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Experience in healthcare or staffing CRM environments is a plus
