About the Role

Are you someone who takes pride in hands-on work and loves seeing the results of your craftsmanship? We’re looking for a Sand Blaster to help bring our stunning brass and iron bed frames to life. You’ll work in a creative, collaborative environment where your skills will grow alongside your responsibilities. Whether you’re experienced or looking to learn, we’ll train you and offer opportunities to explore other areas like welding, casting, and upholstery.

What You’ll Do

• ????Perfect the Finish: Use sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare brass and iron parts for finishing.
• ????️Handle with Care: Lift and position large furniture pieces safely and efficiently.
• ????Inspect for Excellence: Ensure every piece meets our high standards before and after blasting.
• ????Stay Sharp: Maintain your equipment and keep your workspace clean and organized.
• ????Team Up: Work closely with polishing, grinding, and assembly teams to keep production flowing.
• ????Get Creative: Help develop new surface effects and finishing techniques.
• ????Cross-Train: Learn new skills in boxing, grinding, polishing, and even welding and upholstery.

What We’re Looking For

• ✅ experience in manufacturing or machine operation (sandblasting, grinding, or powder coating a plus)
• ✅ Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic
• ✅ Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet
• ✅ A team player who values safety and craftsmanship
• ✅ Bonus: A creative mindset in the arts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $24.00/hr.
