SAP Director Consulting Services

Position Description:

As a SAP Director, you are fully responsible for your clients, your team, and operations. It is a dynamic and broad role with significant responsibilities and plenty of opportunities. We entrust you with leading part of the company. CGI values entrepreneurship and is characterized by a flat and transparent organization that offers ample room for personal growth and development. You take responsibility for projects in direct view of your clients and personally dedicate 50% of your time to a client assignments and business development. You lead a team of 10 to 15 SAP consultants and developers while also being an active member of the team yourself.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Client & Business Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, expanding client accounts, and contributing to revenue growth.
• Oversee successful project delivery with high-quality standards and business impact.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor a team of 10 to 15 CGI consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and professional growth.
• Actively contribute to team development through coaching, training, and career progression support.
• Promote CGI’s values and entrepreneurial mindset, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations within your consulting unit, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Allocate resources effectively, balancing project demands with team capabilities.
• Personally dedicate 50% of your time to client assignments, ensuring hands-on engagement and deep client understanding.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Proven experience in SAP consulting, IT services.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
• Business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and delivering client value.
• Hands-on approach, with the ability to contribute directly to client projects.
• Together with SAP Consulting Architect you are the thought leader in area of SAP IT solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
