Job Description: Senior SAP IBP Functional Consultant / Lead (with CPI-DS Expertise)

position Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP IBP Consultant / Lead with strong expertise in CPI-DS (Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services) to drive end-to-end planning solutions for global clients. This role requires not only deep technical knowledge of SAP IBP and data integration but also the ability to lead teams, engage with stakeholders, and provide strategic guidance on supply chain transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, Response & Supply).
• Own integration strategy and guide the development of data flows between IBP and SAP/non-SAP
• systems using CPI-DS.
• Provide solution architecture inputs and ensure best practices in IBP planning area design, key figure modeling, master data setup, and time profiles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating supply chain requirements into scalable IBP solutions.
• Drive data governance, performance optimization, and troubleshooting for complex integration scenarios.
• Lead a small team of IBP consultants, provide mentoring, and review deliverables.
• Partner with project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct workshops, training, and provide continuous knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with latest SAP roadmap and advise clients on future enhancements, upgrades, and innovations.
