Your Role and Responsibilities

Your roles & responsibilities:

As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• You will comprehensively participate in and lead SAP-based core business system renewal projects from start to finish.
• You will propose and manage projects for next-generation solutions that use APIs such as AI-based conversation, speech recognition and language analysis, while maintaining ERP as the digital core.
• You will participate in and lead the planning (creation of promotion systems and roadmaps) and localisation of each country for global business standardisation, using the project knowledge of Global IBM.
• You will have the opportunity to be involved in the proposal and development of next-generation solutions that combine our Watson (AI) and ERP products.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in implementing ERP packages such as SAP or scratch development of business organisation systems.
• Experience in proposal, requirement definition or system design phase.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience of leading projects and teams.
• Experience in implementing FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, BW, BO and Basis.
• Experience in implementing other packages for financial accounting and inventory purchasing management
• JAVA development experience
• English language skills (reading and writing)
