SAP Payroll Lead Consultant

As a SAP Payroll Lead Consultant, you will oversee the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll (especially country-specific payroll), proven leadership experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

What will you do?

• Lead end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Payroll solutions.
• Configure SAP Payroll modules including schemas, rules, and wage types.
• Manage payroll cycles, testing, data validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and global payroll policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Lead a team of consultants and guide junior team members.
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to design, configuration, and testing.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Payroll.
• Experience in Singapore Payroll Implementations.
• Strong understanding of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and time integration.
• Excellent knowledge of payroll processes, tax, and compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to lead workshops, document requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central Payroll) is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
