The opportunity

Are you passionate about helping organizations transform workforce and time management processes through innovative cloud solutions? As an SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Consultant / Senior Consultant at EY GDS Poland, you will play a key role in delivering Employee Central Time Management and Time Tracking solutions for global organizations. Experience gained in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM Time Management, Workforce Management, or related HR technology areas will be valued.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management implementations from requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Conduct workshops to analyze customer requirements, recommend process improvements, and translate business needs into scalable SAP SuccessFactors Time solutions.
• Configure and maintain Time Off, Time Sheet, Time Valuation, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, and other EC Time Management components.
• Participate in integration design, testing activities, defect resolution, and deployment planning across multiple project phases.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and contribute to EY’s SAP SuccessFactors practice development initiatives.

• Experience working with time management, workforce management, scheduling, attendance, absence management, or related HR processes.

• Ability to understand business requirements and recommend practical and scalable HR technology solutions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities in international and multicultural environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively within global project teams.
• Experience conducting workshops, preparing solution documentation, supporting testing activities, and driving business user adoption.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrates curiosity, continuous learning mindset, and willingness to expand expertise across SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, Employee Central, and broader HR transformation solutions.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management, SAP HCM Time Management, Workforce Management solutions, or related HR processes.
• Experience participating in implementation, configuration, testing, support, or enhancement projects.
• Good understanding of time management concepts such as absences, attendance, work schedules, holiday calendars, or time recording.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
• SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management certification.
• Experience with Employee Central, integrations, reporting, or adjacent SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience working in global or multi-country SAP SuccessFactors implementation programs.
• Knowledge of French or German.
• Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior consultants.
