We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative SAS Viya Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and orchestration of the SAS Viya platform on a Zero Trust Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. This role demands deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and deployment of the SAS Viya platform on GCP with Zero Trust principles.
• Collaborate with solution architects to plan and execute technology refresh projects, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Enhance user experience through seamless URL management, analytics integration, localization, and component interoperability.
• Drive continuous improvement of the reusable SAS Dataset library.
• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to support dynamic content across multiple products.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in development and performance optimization.
• Align technical solutions with business goals by partnering with product owners and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and “Inner Source” contributions.
