This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day school operations. • Previous experience in a school administration or office environment
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Strong working knowledge of SIMS or other school management systems (desirable)

• Excellent communication (verbal and written)
• Time management and prioritisation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Friendly and professional telephone manner
• High accuracy and attention to detail

Your Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors
• Managing the school reception area with professionalism and warmth
• Answering incoming calls and emails promptly and appropriately
• Managing and updating student records using the MIS system
• Handling attendance data and following up on absences
• Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with admin tasks
• Organising school events, meetings, and schedules
• Assisting with trip planning and consent forms
• Inputting and analysing student data
• Updating internal noticeboards and communication tools
