A Day in the Life

We are looking for a Scientific Analytics Consultancy Specialist to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in innovative projects that combine advanced analytics, health economics, and real-world evidence to solve important healthcare challenges. You’ll be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, contributing your skills to create data-driven solutions that guide strategic decisions. As a Scientific Analytics Consultancy Specialist, you will lead diverse projects by integrating analytics, health economics, and evidence generation to address critical healthcare and research needs. You’ll manage project workflows, align them with client and organizational goals, and deliver insights that inform key decisions. Additionally, you will foster collaboration across teams, enhance processes, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Lead the planning and execution of consultancy projects, understanding client requirements, identifying solutions, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Apply advanced analytical methods to generate insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Provide expertise in health economic modeling, systematic reviews, and real-world evidence generation.
• Develop dashboards and tools to improve data visualization and support decision-making.
• Support the design and implementation of data collection processes and methodologies.
• Engage with stakeholders to align project goals with clinical and economic priorities.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights effectively to various audiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project budgets, and oversee the work of external consultants.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Proficiency in R and/or Python for advanced data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform applications to improve workflows and boost productivity.

Desirable qualifications include experience with health economic modeling, familiarity with real-world evidence databases, and a background in healthcare or life sciences. Additionally, strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders are advantageous.
