Job Description:

Perform all essential functions, duties and responsibilities as Job Placement Specialist of the Toledo Transition (T2) Postsecondary Program for students with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/experience/licensing:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited program (preferably in Special Education, Occupational Therapy or related area).
• Certified in practice area and or licensed in the state of Ohio
• Knowledge of disabilities and effective strategies/ approaches in making accommodations/ modifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferably 2 years’ experience in transitioning students with disabilities into work or post-secondary education.
