Secondary Behaviour Mentor – SEN School – CamdenAn ‘Outstanding’ rated SEMH/SEN school is looking to recruit a SEN Behaviour Mentor to join their dynamic team. The school aims for every student to realise and achieve their true potential with the right support and teaching through their adapted curriculum. The school is fully resourced and equipped to meet the diverse needs of all of their students.As a SEN Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting students across KS3 and KS4 with various needs, such as behavioural challenges, low numeracy and literacy skills, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH. You will be dedicated to providing differentiated support to all students, with a strong emphasis on learning and maintaining a calm learning environment. You will have confidence to lead small classes or intervention group sessions in reading, literacy and numeracy, as well as supporting sports sessions.As a SEN Behaviour Mentor, you will be helping them to grow and develop, both in terms of academic and social progress, using an engaging, hands – on approach.
