About the team

Our Business Services team is a collective of creative, strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. Together the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Forvis Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business.

About the role 

  • You’ll work closely with the Senior Secretariat Assistants to provide administrative support to the Executive, Governance Council, Public Interest Committee and other sub-committees as required, scheduling meetings, collating and distributing papers and following up on actions
  • To monitor the central secretariat in-box and distribute to relevant team members as required
  • To collate papers for various regulators as required
  • To work with the Head of Secretariat to improve efficiency, proactively developing proposals to streamline processes
  • To schedule relevant board meetings
  • To ensure all papers are properly filed with the appropriate file naming convention

What are we looking for?

  • Experience of providing administrative support to senior leadership team members
  • Experience of working in a secretarial role, preferably within the professional services sector
  • Strong written skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
