Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This position requires a valid driver’s license, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and protocols, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe for any unusual or suspicious activity, reporting findings according to established procedures.
• Communicate and collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related matters and support overall operations.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner, following company and client guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
