Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities at a commercial property location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to supervisors, property management, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, verify authorized access when required, and report policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior through appropriate channels.
• Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation, and support customer service needs while maintaining awareness of site conditions and daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
