As a Security Officer – Clearance Required Patrol Driver in Rolling Meadows, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. By conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence, you help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, which may include both indoor and outdoor areas.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas in accordance with site-specific policies, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any potential hazards or security-related issues found during patrols.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and client staff as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
