As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct mobile patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, respond to service requests, and document observations in reports. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will represent our agile, reliable, and innovative team, delivering through teamwork and integrity while providing standout customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific policies, access procedures, and security-related protocols, and/or assisting with directions and general inquiries.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, identify hazards, and report maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services when appropriate and completing required notifications.
• Monitor entrances and activity within the property, helping to manage unauthorized entry, loitering, and other policy violations through professional presence and verbal de-escalation.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observed conditions in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate updates to site management and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or baton experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
