As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine foot patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control by checking badges and visitor credentials, respond to concerns with clear communication, and document activity using a computer and/or tablet. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, dock areas, yard areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and/or property damage.
• Monitor access points and visitor or driver activity, verify credentials and/or documentation as required, and report irregularities according to site procedures.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activity, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
