Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents and creates a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual occurrences within the facility.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activity.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees as needed.
• Document all incidents and/or issues according to Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
