Higher Headquarters Assessments (HHA):

Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is developing a team that is contingent upon award. The Security OPS Law Enforcement (LE) (Mid) shall be responsible for the performance of Security OPS LE contracted scope of work. Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) shall provide personnel with the subject matter expertise and experience to conduct HHAs relative to IMCOM’s missions and assets. The teams shall conduct an assessment of all components of the installation’s Protection programs using the DoD Benchmarks, plus applicable Army, Combatant command (COCOM), Service Component Command, and IMCOM applicable requirements. The teams shall assess the following Program Areas: Mission Assurance, Risk Management, Antiterrorism, Physical Security, Emergency Management, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE), Continuity of Operations (COOP), Communications and Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Supporting Infrastructure and Operations Security (OPSEC).

Qualifications:

  • Former position or 10 years’ experience in installation or equivalent LE, AT Level II, Protection Assessment experience ICW P2MR2
  • Secret clearance
  • 5+ years experience

Travel:

  • 25%
