As a Security Professional Unarmed Patrol Specialist in Moosic, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a prominent financial institution. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff. You will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by communicating clearly and responding promptly to any security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $18.97 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, observing for any security-related concerns or irregularities.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or problems as required by site procedures.
• Interact professionally with visitors, clients, and/or employees while upholding Allied Universal standards of conduct.
• Assist local law enforcement or emergency services when required, following site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
