SEN Teacher needed in Redhill

• Annual Salary: £33,075 – £50,471

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join Reed Education within a School in Redhill. We are seeking someone that is committed to providing exceptional education and support for students with ASD and SEMH needs. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality, tailored education to help shape the future of these students. Day to day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students with ASD and SEMH needs, ensuring that each student’s learning style is accommodated.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the curriculum to meet the specific needs of the students.
• Create individualised learning plans, set achievable targets, and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to provide comprehensive support to students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must hold a PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Relevant knowledge and experience working with pupils with ASD, SEMH, and PDA profiles.
• A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of students with special educational needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to enhance student outcomes.
