As an SEN Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with diverse learning needs. Your goal is to design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to each student’s unique abilities, fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere. • Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
• Utilise innovative teaching strategies to engage and motivate students.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in SEN education and best practices.
• Foster a classroom environment that promotes respect, understanding, and inclusivity.

What You Bring

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in teaching students with special educational needs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SEN curriculum and current educational trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse needs.
