Job Vacancy: Teacher
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
Contract: Permanent/Full Time
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000Benefits: Includes professional development, health & wellness support, financial security, recognition awards, and more.A Secondary SEMH school in Carlisle is currently looking for an experienced Teacher for permanent roles. The ideal candidate will engage and inspire students while supporting their ambitions.About You:

• Qualifications: Hold QTS/QTLS.
• Experience: Experience in a school environment, particularly in secondary education, is advantageous.
• Skills: Ability to engage learners, bring fresh ideas, and provide emotional support to make a positive impact.
• Knowledge: Understanding of alternative provision and experience working with students with special needs.
• Problem-Solving: Aptitude for effective decision-making and addressing challenges.
• Communication: Professional communication skills with students and staff.
• Promotion of Values: Commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding, and British values.
• Time Management: Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
