Salary: Outer London MPS/UPS + SEN AllowanceAre you a confident and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?We are seeking several enthusiastic and empathetic SEN Teachers to join a thriving school in Croydon. Roles may be available in primary or secondary depending on your experience.About the role:As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, tailored education to students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs. You will work closely with a supportive team of teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of students.
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support student progress.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
• Promote the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.

Requirements:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
• A strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
