Job Title: Fully Qualified SEN Teachers – Join Aspire People!

Salary: £140 – £250 per day (depending on experience)

At Aspire People, we work with a wide network of SEN schools across Northampton and the surrounding areas. You’ll have the flexibility to choose the type of work that suits you-be it long-term roles, short-term supply, or day-to-day cover, or permanent roles.What We’re Looking For:

• UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in UK SEN schools (minimum 6 months)
• Knowledgeable about SEN and passionate about supporting pupils with SEN
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
• Up-to-date knowledge of the secondary curriculum
