• Salary: £80-£100 per day.
• Location: Schools across North London, particularly within the borough of Enfield, including areas like Enfield Town, Edmonton, and Palmers Green.
• Start Date: September, making it the perfect time to join a new school at the beginning of the academic year.

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them to engage with the curriculum and reach their full potential.
• Work closely with classroom teachers to deliver tailored interventions and support strategies.
• Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment where all students feel supported.
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and supporting students’ social and emotional development.

We’re Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with Autism, Social Emotional & Mental Health needs, and Severe Learning Difficulties.
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to working with students.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other staff and parents.
