• Providing essential support to individual students and small groups in their daily learning journeys.
• Assisting in adapting lessons and resources to ensure all learning styles are met.
• Actively promoting positive behaviour and fostering vital self-regulation skills.
• Supporting the development of life skills, promoting independence, and building social confidence.
• Contributing to engaging extracurricular activities and hands-on learning experiences.
• Ensuring the learning space remains safe, inclusive, and respectful for everyone.

What We’re Looking For:

• UK School experience, ideally 6-12 months in an SEN support capacity.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and related conditions.
• A resilient, patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
• Exceptional communication and collaborative teamworking skills.
• Possession of a current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
